Because of that, Duke is the best gamer Isaac has ever known and though Duke is sort of a friend, they have an ongoing feud.
Duke has become mildly good natured due to the contamination in his creation, but he’s still a demon, so still mildly evil.

About Gord: Gord is a subtle character who rarely speaks. He’s mostly quiet and prefers to survey “his” territory rather than
intervening in conversation. He’s never been seen by anyone before, it’s unknown if he even has a body or is just a random
floating voice within Isaac’s dreams, the voice of a narrator. Gord is the only one who truly knows more than anyone about Isaac’s own
mind besides Isaac himself. Gord is the only one able to tap into the far reaches of his psyche where Isaac has yet to venture and learn
more about who he really is.

About Jef: Jef declares himself to be the sworn enemy of all religion. The only reason he claims this is because,
though he will never admit it, he is ashamed of his own phobia of germs and getting close with other people. For this
reason, he can’t fulfill his true role as a vampire and so decided himself to be the Anti-Christ, (though he isn’t really.)
He also has an odd and extreme dislike for Isaac.

About Devon: Devon doesn’t have a particular distaste for Isaac; however, he doesn’t miss a chance to make
his life harder. Devon does try to help him subtly, by explaining to him what he needs to know, but chooses to say
it in a more complicated than necessary manner. In the end, it doesn’t help Isaac at all since he can never figure
out what Devon is trying to say.

About Albert: Albert doesn’t have an incredibly accurate view of Isaac’s mind and he’ll often mix things up in conversation
but his high spirits prevent him from ever getting discouraged by the fact. He’s very open-minded, talkative and he enjoys approaching
random strangers with conversation. He was born into Isaac’s mind as a metaphorical representation of Isaac’s slow progress with his
treatment; for this reason, Albert is none too bright himself.

About Elise and Morris: Elise was a high ranking officer in her battalion. She fought with the Venezians
in the War of Ages taking place on her home planet. Her battalion specialized in psych combat or “zenen”, more specifically,
the use of telekinetic energies to hurl massive objects at the opponent. Not every soldier was as adept in psych combat;
Elise was far more advanced than most. As a last ditch effort in the war, the Venezian army opened up a warp hole behind
enemy defenses, a risky move since warp holes required very powerful psych soldiers to maintain them long enough to get through.
What the Venezian army didn’t know was that there was a spy among them, relaying information back to the enemy telepathically.
The warp hole was intercepted and it started closing up though Elise and Morris were still inside. The dimensional gap created by
the sudden closing of the warp hole propelled them both a tremendous distance. Elise was saved by her psych combat skills.
She was able to manipulate the particles around her to create an effective barrier against impact whereas Morris had the best in
armour due to his tech abilities. He was able to withstand the crushing blow of the collision on a nearby planet. Eventually,
Morris created a ship from scraps he found and crashed near Isaac for his ship was made from weak materials and wasn’t sturdy
enough to withstand the landing. Morris was never officially a part of the Venezian army, but his tech expertise allowed him to
fight alongside Elise as times were growing desperate. Morris has known Elise since she was little; they met due to one of NASA’s
missions gone wrong. Morris was accidentally propelled into deep space, to Elise’s home planet.

About Hannibal: Hannibal suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder. His personalities
are generally split between his two forms of human and wolf. In his wolf form he’s easy to approach and carefree
but in his human form he’s very hostile and aggressive. His moods will also drop or ascend very quickly depending
on who’s around him and what form he’s in. He was created from Isaac's constant need to come off as something he's not.
In that sense, Isaac always wears a mask and Hannibal represents that mask. The backwardness of his personality with
his form represents how Isaac fails to portray himself as something he’s not.

About Wraith Willow: Wraith’s sole function is to deceptively force Isaac’s mind into destroying the dangerous
parts of itself. This is one of the final steps of personality reemphasis. Through study, it was found that if an
outer source were to try and destroy a part of someone’s mind, it would reappear somewhere else. This is because the
mind still believes it needs that part so it will divert support there in order to keep that part alive. However, if
the mind is tricked into believing it no longer needs that part, it will willingly let it disappear if it is destroyed.
Wraith was created to manipulate different parts of a mind into fighting with each other causing one part to inevitably
destroy the other. Isaac’s mind is very unique for it has one section that cannot be destroyed by simply another part
of Isaac’s mind, that part is Duke. Duke has special abilities to resurrect himself, or “respawn”, most likely because
of his origin. However, Duke is also the only part of Isaac’s mind susceptible to outside interference, thus putting
Duke in a very delicate situation. Wraith’s presence was forced early because progress is so slow. The doctors hope
that since Isaac’s mind is so unique, it can also withstand one of the final stages of personality reemphasis so soon
in the transition. Wraith was in the mind of a serial killer only months before being used for Isaac. Wraith had
been so badly damaged in the last mind he was in; it was thought he could never be repaired. However, through a
strange success, Wraith became the only known program to recover from such devastating damage. At least, the doctors
believed he had fully recovered. Wraith was responding appropriately and was able to execute the commands given to him,
but unlike other programs, he isn’t restricted to one form. Wraith is a very unstable program, but because of his
deceptive nature, he was very responsive and was able to fool even the doctors into believing he is fully functional.

About Borgez: Borgez is a very unique kind of program as it has more than one form. All programs are given a
shape once they enter a mind, and it never changes. As well, instead of working directly with Isaac’s mind as Wraith
and Albert do, it was built for support. Borgez’ general form, or his detection mode, is very small; its primary
function is to scan for danger. If a program becomes damaged while in a mind, it is very difficult or nearly
impossible to repair, so Borgez is there for protection. He also has an assault mode which is a full body transformation
into a much larger creature. Borgez and Wraith are a dual team, unlike most programs which work alone. So much was
put into the defensive abilities of Borgez that his ability to be discreet leaves something to be desired.
He’s such a loaded program that the doctors feared if they added much more, it might interact very badly with a
human mind so some things needed to be sacrificed. In order to compensate for his extreme lack of subtlety, the
doctors made his general form very, very small in comparison to his actual abilities.
