Like a Rock is a comic strip that touches a few random topics like video games, religion, and everyday life. However, it is also a strip strongly based on storyline. I’m working to develop the storyline all the time, but once again, (sorry for all you regular LAR visitors, but I’m going to say it again,) check out the Backstory button located under the Storyline button in the directory if you’re interested in learning more about it. The short stories that I create for LAR are more storyline based than the regular strips, they are also not funny. All the short stories will be serious and more action based. So, if you’re in the mood for light reading, check out the archive and go through the strips, (in order makes the most sense) and look at the short stories if you’re in the mood for something more serious. LAR is something I created because the first thing I wanted to be when I was a kid was a cartoonist. I’ve always loved cartoons and comics for as long as I can remember. I also love creating stories, hence a more profound background than you will find in most web comics. LAR is written and drawn by only me; however, I do get ideas for the regular comics from friends and every day situations. Not sure what else to tell you guys, read the FUN FACTS! at the bottom of almost every comic for more information on random things. As well, my hobbies include: creating LAR strips, playing video games, listening to metal and the usual stuff.
